The Reflections Experience is designed to preserve more than your ceremony. It’s an opportunity to capture the moments surrounding it; the anticipation before you see one another, the quiet conversations, the laughter, the adventure, and the genuine emotions that make your wedding day uniquely yours. Building upon everything included in the Peaks Experience, Reflections adds dedicated filming time before, after, or both before and after your ceremony to create a more complete visual story of your wedding day.

What Makes Reflections Different?
During your additional filming time, I’ll work alongside your photographer (if you’re using one) to capture moments that simply can’t be filmed while I’m officiating your ceremony. Depending on your plans, we may capture moments such as:
- Your first look
- Private vow readings
- Walking together through Yosemite
- Ring details
- Scenic video “portraits”
- Quiet moments together
- Additional footage around your ceremony location
- Other meaningful moments unique to your day
Some moments happen naturally. Others benefit from a little direction to create beautiful, cinematic footage. My goal is always to preserve your day in a way that feels genuine, relaxed, and true to who you are as a couple.
A Collaborative Approach
If you’ve hired a photographer, I’ll work alongside them throughout the day so we can complement one another without interrupting the natural flow of your wedding. While your photographer focuses on creating beautiful still images, I’ll concentrate on preserving movement, emotion, and the little moments that photographs simply can’t capture.

Ceremony Locations
The Reflections Experience is available throughout Yosemite National Park and many of the surrounding Sierra Nevada destinations. Because this package includes dedicated filming time before and/or after your ceremony, we’ll work together to choose locations that not only provide a beautiful setting for your vows, but also create opportunities for stunning cinematic footage throughout your wedding day.
Whether you’re getting ready in Yosemite Valley, sharing a first look beneath towering pines, hiking to a scenic overlook, or watching the sun set over the granite peaks, we’ll create a relaxed timeline that allows us to capture both the iconic landscapes and the quiet moments in between.
